Hi, mine was extremely sore for three weeks, moderately sore for eight weeks, I felt painful twinges until twelve weeks, and it was around six months that it stopped feeling kind of strange sometimes. I had a c-section.

But...since it is hard to tell via the internet how sore is sore, it is worth checking to make sure that you are healing well.

I hope that it starts to feel better soon.

I have the muscle separation and it didn't hurt that long, but then again, I didn't have a c-sec. either, so not sure. I'd call the doc to get a pelvic just in case.
