We went to the mall on Sunday to walk around and eat lunch and there was a line about 150 people long to get in to the Apple store. They had security guards keeping people in line. People took folding chairs. For a phone??? LOL! This coming from the girl who got a iPod touch for Christmas and it is still in the box. And this girl also got her regular cell phone taken from her last week at work and replaced with some funky slick gizmo that also lets me check email and internet. Great, it will take me 6 months to learn how to use it. :-)

As for the cookies, I’m curious, too–did you do the special flours & chocolate, or sub them out? My problem with the recipe is that I’m pretty much an instant gratification cookie girl–when I want cookies, I want them NOW, not in 36-48 hours!
