Last weekend, A invited a friend from the office and his family for lunch. The husband was a big hit with Gatito, who immediately reached for S and then required S to carry him around all afternoon! It may or may not have been because he arrived with cars.
Never let it be said that this kid does not like him some cars. He took them into the bath last night, they went through the sleeves of
his shirt when A got him dressed, he took them to bed, and this
morning I had to hold his bottle for him so that he didn’t have to let
go. Do you see how tight his grip is?
And speaking of gifts, I came up with one of my brilliant gift ideas for Chaunkah. I got Gatito a photo album that I filled with pictures of various family members and the cats. The brilliant part?

These are Gatito’s favorite pages, but we’ve learned that it’s best to have a real Cow on hand when you’re looking at a picture of him.
And just for the record, we now have, ahem, seven cows. As soon as one gets slimy and disgusting (several times/day), we toss it in the laundry and break out a new one. I highly recommend it!
that’s a great idea for a book. also, it seems totally reasonable to me that you have so many cows. we bought a backup octopus for the kitten.
Love the white-knuckle death-grip on that car! Have you seen the ones you shake and then set down….? EJ is having a blast figuring out how they can take off on their own. Here’s a link to them: http://www.toysrus.com/sm-shake-n-go-racers-police-car–pi-2264966.html
Ah yes, the death grip. Does he double fist? Smacky used to take his cars (and trains) to bed with him. And you have not two but seven cows? Why didn’t I think of that? I love those pics btw.
